Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does delivery take?
  • Standard delivery within Lahore typically takes 1-2 business days. For other cities across Pakistan, please allow 3-5 business days.
  • How can I track my order?
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email.
  • What are the shipping charges?
  • We offer flat-rate shipping, and free delivery is available on orders above a certain value (see checkout for details).

Orders & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for urgent changes.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
  • No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders faster in the future.

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.
  • How do I initiate a return?
