Thank you for choosing Aldiba. We strive to get your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Timelines

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

  • Lahore (Local): 1 – 2 Business Days.
  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 – 4 Business Days.
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 – 5 Business Days.

Note: During sales or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 300 all over pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

3. Our Delivery Partners

To ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, we partner with Pakistan’s most reliable courier services, including TCS, Leopards, and Trax.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Lahore, you will receive a Tracking ID via:

  • WhatsApp: A direct message with your tracking link.
  • Email: A notification to the email address provided at checkout.

You can also track your package directly on our Track Order page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • The courier person is not authorized to allow you to open the parcel before payment. If there is an issue with the product, please refer to our Return Policy.

6. Shipping Address Changes

Need to change where your package is going? Please contact us on WhatsApp 0314-3591647 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been “Dispatched,” we are unfortunately unable to redirect it.
