Exchange Policy

At Aldiba, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t perfect or you might change your mind about a color. We are happy to offer a hassle-free exchange process to ensure you get exactly what you want.

1. Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for any item purchased from our store.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase (digital copies are fine).

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear or specific accessories) may not be eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.

3. How to Request an Exchange

We’ve made it simple to swap your items:

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp 0314-3591647 or email contact@aldiba.shop.
  2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID and the item you’d like to receive instead.
  3. Approval: Once our team confirms the availability of the replacement item, we will guide you on the next steps.

4. The Exchange Process

We offer two convenient ways to exchange:

  • Standard Exchange: You send the original item back to our Lahore warehouse. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship out your new selection.
  • Replacement at Doorstep: In specific areas, we can arrange for our courier to pick up the old item and drop off the new one simultaneously (additional service charges may apply).

5. Price Differences

  • Higher Value: If the new item costs more than the original, you can pay the difference via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Cash on Delivery.
  • Lower Value: If the new item costs less, the balance will be issued to you as Aldiba Store Credit for your next purchase.

6. Delivery Charges for Exchanges

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If you are exchanging because we sent the wrong size or a defective product, Aldiba covers all shipping costs.
  • Preference Change: If you are exchanging for a different style or size due to personal preference, a standard delivery fee will apply for the new shipment.
