Returns & Exchanges

At Aldiba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things aren’t quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted.


1. Our Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered by the customer cannot be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

We’ve made the process simple. You can choose either of these methods:

  • Option A (Fastest): Message us on WhatsApp at 0314-3591647 with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
  • Option B: Email us at contact@aldiba.shop with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit to use on your next Aldiba purchase, which is issued instantly upon inspection.

4. Exchanges

Found a different size or color you’d prefer? We offer exchanges for any item of the same value. If the new item is at a higher price point, the difference can be paid via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Aldiba will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns or exchanges (change of mind/size preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to our Lahore warehouse.
